To support the rapid growth of the business and future expansion plans, Fortoak Ltd have expanded their existing warehouse facility at Hams Hall (Birmingham). The facility increased its pallet spaces by 72% increasing the number of pallet bays from 582 to 1002, plus to support the increased demand for ‘pick and pack’ and ‘fulfilment services’ enlarged its square footage for the fulfilment operation by 25% whilst adding an additional 70 ground floor picking bays. In addition to expanding the physical footprint of the business, the team have been busy recruiting additional Customer Operations Specialists and Customer Support Specialists to maintain service levels as the business expands.

The business deployed a new cloud-based ERP system in Q3 and successfully integrated the acquisition of Pad Printers into its Hams Hall operation during Q4 ahead of schedule. ‘We are extremely proud of the achievements of the team in 2024, and we are focused on continued growth in 2025 with some exciting projects in the pipeline that will support our continued expansion.’
