As the global pandemic continues, Fortoak are well positioned to continue supplying much needed Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to support the NHS and all front line/key businesses involved in the ongoing fight against Covid-19. In April we successfully supplied 2 major NHS trusts with (the right) gowns and in decent volumes to keep them going for the next phase. We are immensely proud that we’ve been able to support our front-line troops and thank them for their continued bravery.

Positioning Fortoak as a credible partner in the supply of essential PPE, has been no mean feat. We haven’t done it alone and we’d like to thank our finance partners GapCap Ltd. They have supported Fortoak for over a year now and helped us successfully secure addition finance during these unprecedent times. We are now preparing for phase 2 of lockdown and anticipating demand as and when restrictions are eased. We look forward to Boris Johnson updating the country with the government’s road map to get the UK back to work.

In the meantime, we are fully stocked with a core range of PPE products including 3-ply masks, FFP2 masks, 75% alcohol sanitisers and full face shields.

Our team are working tirelessly, adding new protection products to ensure businesses can comply with safe practices for staff and customers. We are now stocking social distancing tape “PLEASE KEEP A SAFE DISTANCE OF 2 METRES” – ideal for marking out areas or queue management in retail, banks, petrol stations, hospitals and more.
