We are very happy to announce record growth in revenue of £12m to August 31st 2020 and a company first EBITDA profit level of over £1m, that well exceeds estimates for this period.

Ticketmedia is globally recognised as the leading authority on ticket advertising of all descriptions including bus and train tickets and has been active in the ticket market for over 30 years. This merger brings a new offering to the Fortoak client base where ticket advertising will help drive traffic into the stores, restaurants, pubs and other social and non-social outlets and yet provide great exposure for all advertising mediums.
With plans to introduce fast, cost-effective, secure, and intelligent technology to all and pairing our current offering with the expertise and technology of Ticketmedia and Purplepaper, it opens our market offering in the coming months and years.
